How We Use It: To provide secure chatbot access, verify your identity, and contact you for follow-up discussions if you consent.
Who We Share With: Trusted service providers only - Supabase (authentication), Anthropic (AI responses - questions sent but not stored by us), Nomic Atlas (document search), and Vercel (hosting).
Data Retention: We keep your information for no more than 6 months, then securely delete it. Chat conversations are not permanently stored.
Your Rights: You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time.
